About
From the field to your license.
Electrical Exam Coach is taught by Percy Hyder, a licensed Florida electrical inspector.
Percy started in the trade as a helper and worked his way up to foreman, then electrical contractor, then licensed inspections. Along the way he earned 18 different licenses and certifications.
He started Electrical Code Coach after seeing how many people needed a clear, video-based path from the field to their license. The lessons explain the code in plain English and show it on real installs, so it sticks.
Today he teaches continuing education for inspectors, contractors and building officials, and shares free lessons on the Electrical Code Coach YouTube channel.
