Disclaimer

1. Exam prep only

Everything on electricalexamcoach.app, including videos, lessons, questions, explanations, flashcards, the Pass or Fail series, emails, and anything we post on YouTube or social media, is for educational exam preparation only.

It is not electrical, engineering, design, inspection, legal, or safety advice. It is not a substitute for training, an apprenticeship, supervision by a licensed professional, or a permit and inspection from your local authority having jurisdiction.

2. Do not use this content to do electrical work

Electrical work can cause serious injury, death, fire, and property damage. Do not attempt, copy, or repeat anything shown or described in our content. Real installations depend on conditions we cannot see.

• Only qualified, properly licensed people should perform electrical work, and only where the law allows it.
• Pull every required permit and get every required inspection.
• If you are a homeowner with a project or a code question, hire a licensed electrical contractor and talk to your local building department.

3. Code cycles, local amendments and accuracy

Code summaries are paraphrased in our own words to help you study. They are not the official text of any code. Always check the official code book, the edition adopted where you test or work, and any state or local amendments.

Codes, rules, and exam content change. We work hard to be accurate, but content can contain errors, can be out of date, and may be prepared with the help of software tools, including artificial intelligence. If you find a mistake, please tell us at electricalexamcoach@gmail.com.

4. No guarantee of results

Passing an exam depends on your own study, preparation, and performance, and on the exam itself. We do not guarantee that you will pass any exam, get or keep any license, or get any job, raise, or business result. Student success stories and testimonials are real experiences of individuals and are not typical or promised results.

5. Independent and unaffiliated

Electrical Exam Coach is independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA), the International Code Council (ICC), any exam provider or testing company, or any state or local licensing board or government agency. Our practice questions are our own and are not actual exam questions.

6. No continuing education credit

This site does not provide continuing education credit, course hours, or certificates for any licensing board.
